I worked for a restoration company so I often stop at insurance companies for sales calls. This was not one of those cases. My girlfriend gets her hair done at a neighboring business and instead of waiting in the car I went into this office to get a quote for my car. This agency is not in my territory, but I assume they thought I was selling something. I asked for Natalie, because her name was on the door, but I was told she was out. I grabbed a card and said I could come back later. On the way out the door I heard Natalie on a sales call introduce herself to a customer. I turned and smiled at the receptionist and she just looked down at her desk. This Natalie is a real class act. Every time we go by her office we see her Mercedes occupies the front parking spot making her customers park in less desirable areas. Put the customer first and don't be a jerk to potential customers just because you do not want to talk to sales representatives. Remember you are also in sales.
