So Firestone bought Fletchers and now refuses to honor pre-existing customer service contracts. We purchased and paid extra for lifetime oil changes and rather than honor that after the corporate takeover - Firestone is only offering "a complimentary oil change" and then regular rates. Gee, thanks. Um guess what Firestone - you owe me a LIFETIME of complimentary oil changes. Won't be coming back. Also, when they answered the phone and I asked if this was Fletchers, they said no, it's Firestone and hung-up. Hey guys, this was a different business name for 30+ years. The phone number on the internet still says Fletchers. Let your customers know Firestone bought Fletchers and provide some common decency and courtesy to former customers of Fletchers. For the crappy customer service alone - won't be giving Firestone any of my hard earned cash.
