  • They have a problem. Their contact, Vicki Helland, does not respond to phone calls, e-mails, or any path to contact people at Community Bridges. I am assisting a homeless person, now clean and sober, needing a housing voucher from PATH. But they do not respond. What kind of a place hires someone who does not do their job ?
