Perfect if you are trying to commit suicide by food! Too much food, too much mixing too many things, wayyyy to heavy and greasy. It's like trying too hard to make cabane a sucre experience too fancy. Layering sugar and fat and salt. Overkill. You leave feeling lethargic.
The ambiance is nice yes, and it's exciting at first because of how hiped up the place is, how long in advance you have to make a reservation to get a spot, and the wait. After the second serving I was full and ready to leave. It's also quite a pricey sugar shack experience. My feelings were echoed by other friends that also went to the shack (at different occasions).
