  • Worst customer service! Went into GiGis on a Tuesday evening, and the girl behind the counter never cracked a smile and just looked over and said that the selection of 4 cupcakes was all they had left. When I asked if they had any "end of day deals", she looked at me like I was crazy and snarled and said no. This was my 2nd time at this GiGis, and I won't be going back. The cupcakes were just OK, but the customer service was sub-par. Seems to be a theme here, maybe they should re-assess their hiring process.
