  • Great place to workout. I was in town for a conference at the convention center. I chose this gym because it was a true Crossfit Affiliate gym. I was not disappointed. Great programming, included a good warm-up, strength work and conditioning WOD. Coaching was spot on, focused on technique. Regulars were very friendly and helpful, made me feel at home! Liked it so much I went back the next day. Varied their workouts so again good warm-up, skill work on a variety of things (all of which I need work on) and then a tough 5 round WOD. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking to drop in or for a gym to call home. $15 for drop in, high tech with their iPad credit card swipe system. Oh, and it's in an old church, converted for Crossfit complete with Olympic lifting platforms in the basement.
