  • I lived here for about two years, from 2015-2017. My husband and I shared a one bedroom apartment and overall, we really liked it here! The location is fantastic. Smiths is a short drive up the road, as well as the entrance to the 215. There are a number of great restaurants in the surrounding area, which made cooking at home a difficult decision to make. The community is very quiet and safe. All of our surrounding neighbors were really friendly and made living here a pleasant experience. By far my favorite thing about living here was the easy access to the Pittman Wash running/biking trail! Our apartment was located in the back of the complex, right next to the gate that lead out into the wash. We couldn't have asked for a better location! I went out there daily, either going for a run or to walk my dog. The people in the front office were really friendly and all maintenance requests were taken care of fairly quickly.
