  • Their incompetence is only topped by their insensitivity. My husband made an appointment for me to pick up my Mother's remains. They weren't ready. The women seemed to be rushing around, improvising. The women seemed so startled by my arrival, I'm still not convinced the remain I have are, in fact, my Mother's. If you have options, you may not want to use this service.
