  • I placed an order (4217808427) online which was 119 dollars on 11/26 and another order on 11/28 for 84.00 and I received No Kolhs cash for either order. I was told I would receive it, then I made the order, and nothing. I've looked everywhere on the app to ask them about it, but I keep getting sent around in circles and the closest thing to direction is telling me the store hours. I ordered online so I wouldnt have too stand in long lines at the store, but now it seems they want me to work for it or not get it. After spending over $300.00 in total at this store by way of different purchases this season, I feel alittle deceived by them. Like they give you incentive the first time you buy, but then if you spend more, thinking you're still going to receive it, they go back on their deal. Whats the worst, is making it impossible to contact them about it. What if I have a more important question about my order (like why havent I received an item I ordered on 11/24, which I haven't ), who do I contact???? What do I do???? I don't know.
