| - When I first came here I was looking for help due to losing vision in my left eye which is still occurring and now have to find another optometrist. I explained myself fully to the staff who was examining my eyes and I told them and the Doctor what was taking place, did they listen, nope in one ear out the other. Also was misdiagnosed by the Doctor lol, she stated I had a cataract in my left eye and sent me to another specialist, in which he clearly stated nope you do not have a cataract, but you need to see a retina specialist, went to the retina specialist nothing they can do for me lol.
Yet all in all, when I first walked in the doors the staff didn't know at the time which insurance was accepted and was very rude. While I ignored them and filled out paperwork, I knew I was here to see the doctor and not them. I waited an hour and went back, once everything was done and being misdiagnosed, I called this joke of a place back and again the staff was rude, unfriendly, and could careless what I was misdiagnosed with, I asked to have the Doctor call me and that never happened.
I called two days after again requesting to speak with the Doctor, so I can let her know what was going on and again the staff ignored my requests and I took my business elsewhere. Reading their claims that they want everyone to have a 5 star experience, well here's advice from a Officer, be respectful, treat everyone with fairness, be polite, and be at least somewhat helpful. Customer service here lacks along with knowledgeable Doctors.
