  • I don't often review pharmacies but after having used this pharmacy exclusively for 3 years just because they are 24 hours and right next to my house I feel the need to give my assessment. I have never had so many problems with a pharmacy in my entire life. They are rude, completely inept, and unhelpful. If you are looking to never have your scripts filled, never to have follow-up when they tell you they will call you, to have mistakes on your prescriptions and be hung up on often please visit this pharmacy. I promise that no matter who you speak with and how much they assure that things will be taken care of you won't get called back. Expect to arrive for prescriptions that you were told would be ready in an hour only to arrive 6 hours later and be told they weren't filled and I don't know why they aren't. Expect a tech who will just stare blankly at you hoping for you to just leave without resolution. I have scripts I have been trying to fill for months. Months! I finally gave up. And we aren't talking pain meds. Im talking about an antibiotic. If you are looking to have your scripts filled with accuracy and good customer service or geez even mediocre service check elsewhere. After perusing the reviews this is apparently their norm. I think their staff should be completely replaced with monkeys. They would do a better job complete with poo flinging. With all the glares, rudeness and condescension with the staff here it would be business as usual. And the monkeys can probably read and count better.
