  • Oh my gosh!!! This place is absolutely amazing! My tire popped on the way to an appointment which caused me to crash into a curb and resulted in two bent rims and poor alignment. I called superior tire and service desperately since they were the only place I could find that was open on a Sunday. Jon answered the phone and was SO accommodating! I had a tow truck take my car to the shop and Jon stayed in touch with me through the entire process while I was at my appointment. They were going to have my car done by 3pm, however when I mentioned that I have to be at work by 1:30pm, he did everything possible to have my car done by 1pm! Incredible!! Thank you so much for having the best customer service, so accommodating at the very last minute, and for expediting my car so I could make it to work. I'll definitely be using Superior Tire & Service from now on!
