  • I drove by Higley Nail Salon today and saw a sign offering a free manicure with a pedicure purchase. I figured it was worth a try. I met the new owner who has been the manager for the past three months. He was very nice and attentive. You can tell he cares about the service you receive and he was working hard making the salon look nice while I was there. My nail tech was Tommy and he gave an amazing massage!! I got the deluxe pedicure with french gel and then a basic free manicure. The pedicure was AMAZING. They also had a promotion where they gave out a little bottle of cuticle oil. It was a very nice touch! I will be coming back! The location is next to sprouts and a Chinese restaurant, behind the fast food wienerschnitzel. Parking was easy, lots of flashing signs out front showing what they have to offer. I enjoyed my experience here and will be back.
