| - Decent hotel, don't expect too much. The hotel is located near ASU, so sometimes there can be quite a bit of traffic.
Room (3 stars): We got a two queen size bedroom. The room was a decent size and had a desk with a chair and a comfy one-seater chair. There was nothing amazing about the bed and in fact might have contributed to the aches/pain in my back. The restroom had your typical bathtub, toilet and one sink with mirror.
Pros: There was a flat screen television and cable. There was also free wi-fi. Decent size pool and fitness room equipped with your typical treadmill, weights, yoga mats, etc. which was quite convenient if you wanted to work off the few pounds you have gained from your vacation.
Cons: One major downside that affected my rating for the hotel is that our room was located near the back of the hotel and there was construction going on, so throughout the day/night there are noises of beeps and machinery. This is quite bothersome especially if you planned a relaxing vacation. Another downfall was that the elevator stopped working once. The curtains of the shower kept dripping with water onto the floor, which was a problem.
Overall, if I were to come back to Phoenix, Az again, I would stay here if the price was right since it had all the necessary amenities and was clean.
