| - So I gave this place three chances, but not going back again unfortunately.
The young guy, Loung, is very nice and does a great job. If you go there ask him to do your nails. He is also the owner by the way. But he needs to give more customer service training to his employees and be more assertive with some of the ladies he hires.
The first time i went for mani and pedi, the pedi lady was great! but the mani lady took really long time to do my nails, plus she shaped them horribly. when I asked her to reshape it the way i like it, as i told her from first place, she gave me an attitude and I could see that i annoyed her by my requests. After she put a nail polish on me, my nails looked crooked and ugly and I voiced my opinion. Loung reshaped it for me beautifully and was very nice to me. So i ended up leaving happy by the end of the day.
Second time I went in there were no issues, thank god.
Third time, yesterday, the lady who did my pedi was really rude. She literally would "command" me not to move my feet and was very short with me. "you do'nt move". maybe in her language it sounds more polite, I do not know. As you know, sometimes pedicure can feel uncomfortable and you move your feet automatically. But she kept on holding my feet roughly. Not only that, but she poked my skin. I said "ouch" moved my leg right away, and saw that i am bleeding a little. I pointed it to her, she did not even say sorry. Then, she massaged my legs with a scrub!!! well that just felt painful! and she looks at me with a smile asks me if I like it. I did not even understand what the hell she is doing! I said she can stop now.
The lady who finished my pedicure and and manicure, asked me if everything is OK, I showed her my bleeding spot. she showed it to that woman, and this woman just wiped the blood with her naked finger!
Then she went on doing another lady's pedicure. The customer lady was in her early 20's I would say. and she tell her, "you a good girl".
If she just dared to call me a girl I would lose it on that woman.
After I dried my nails, I by myself, had to go to the pedicure chairs in those flip flops with rubbers between my toes, take my coat from the chair, my purse, walk to the waiting area chairs, and remove those rubbers things from my toes without an assistance. Which I am ok to doalone, but I am used to a different service usually.
I left only 10% tip as the end result was ok, but the customer service was horrible. I said "bye". did not get no "thank you" or "bye" back.
It got two stars really just because Loung is nice and a good technician, but he gotta work with his employees. and some ladies are nice there.
But sorry Loung, you lost a customer because of the bad service!
