  • Okay, we have survived. We have finished out our 12 month lease. Pros: Great Location and friendly front desk staff! Cons: The wheels were stolen off my bike from the locked bike cage and packages were stolen from my front door. We could hear everything our neighbor above did. In fact our lights rattled when he/she walked through the room. Garage door and gym door constantly broken, allowing direct access to our cars/homes. I was told by a neighbor that apartments have been broken into. Another neighbor recently shared a story of someone being held at gunpoint just outside our community gate. I did not feel safe in my own home. It was advertised as a "smoke free community", but so many people smoke on their patios. We rarely opened our windows due to the constant cigarette smoke drifting into our apartment. I could post many other little annoying things but why pile on. It was just not the right place for us.
