  • Doesn't deserve a rating, worst experience ever. On Wednesday April 26, I took my truck that had a screw in the tire. Recommended to replace with a new one. So I bought a new tire, and rotate tires, 140 and some change was the cost. I was so confident thinking they did an excellent job I didn't even bother to check their work, bad mistake. I went on a trip to Mexico and on Friday I was losing air pressure. I saw the tire it was notified on what side and to my surprise it was the same tire with the screw in it. I was upset, no I was pissed because further inspection tires weren't even rotated. I just got back from my trip on Sunday night, a little scared and hoping that the tire wouldn't blow out or accident would happen. No service was performed, I paid for service and in return received nothing. Incompetent, horrific, and no excuse for this, this is beyond stupidity. Where is the leadership, where is the so called ASE certified personnel. Not recommend to nobody and never returning, lies, stealing and scary, this is what they do to customers, unacceptable.
