  • This hotel doesn't seem to be in the same class as others owned by Marriott. This hotel needs updating badly. There was no soap dish, the shower was a Formica shell type, very uncomfortable and there was no bath tub. Also missing was the microwave. In this spot was emptiness. The bed was fine, as were the bed covers and pillows. The towels were very thin and worn. When we checked in I didn't feel that warm welcome that we definitely got when we checked out. The attendants at the breakfast buffet were very nice and welcoming. I used the waffle machine and I think the setting is too low because my waffle was not cooked sufficiently. I don't like it burnt but I do like for it not to be chewy. All in all there are so many hotel choices while traveling in this price range of $100 per night, I do not think I would ever return to this hotel. I will certainly stay elsewhere next time. This hotel needs to try harder.
