  • The concept is great, but on a busy Friday night this is definitely not the place to be. The biggest issue was customer service, which was definitely lacking. Seeing as it was our first time I expected a little more, especially after reading all the other reviews...but this visit left much to desire. There was no greeting upon entering, we stood in line for 10 minutes with tons of people everywhere & no clue who was next in line, there was no explanation of the menu, workers are young & rude, and they messed up an order that consisted of two drinks. If I ever find myself in this area again and in need of an icy treat, I'll be sure to head elsewhere.
