I placed an order online for an air filter for my 2014 VW Jetta and chose the option of picking the item up in store, but I wanted to see if it was possible to have the items I purchased transferred to a different location. I called this location and spoke to a person by the name of Ray who said it shouldn't be a problem, but he would have to check with his manager first. He placed me on hold for 5-10 minutes where he then picked up the phone and just hung up. I understand if you're busy you could have told me to hold several more minutes, but hanging up on me was unprofessional. If this is how you deal with customers over the phone, don't expect me to show up at your shitty location.
