  • We've made a reservation for 2 rooms. My dad got here about 3 hours before we did and was handed a room key and was told that we were have room #230 & #233 which was perfect because it's across from each other because they ran out of adjoining rooms. When we got there, we were surprised to find out that they gave our room away to someone else. They said its "first come, first served" but my dad already go there and checked in for all of us. It's just one reservation under one person! If it was 2 reservations with different names, it would've made more sense, but it wasn't! RIDICULOUS!!!!! Positive: room is clean and nice ...
