  • We have lived here for almost 3 years and are so impressed and proud of this community. The location is wonderful and quiet. We chose this complex because it was close to our family, which is important to us. The location is great as you can jump on the 303 freeway and travel anywhere in the surrounding Phoenix area using all connected freeways. There was a time that management changed and the property and atmosphere suffered. It was wonderful to have Caroline return as the manager. She truly treats the residents like family and takes pride in making the community a beautiful and safe place. She is quick to respond and always shows integrity, fairness, and applies the same rules to every resident. Thank you Caroline for everything you do and for being a great property manager! Don't know how you can be the best 'Momma" to every resident but you do a great job! The maintenance of the property is stellar. Ivan has been wonderful and is always quick to respond to any maintenance requests! Upon entering your home, he is respectful and always ensures that the repair is completed and resolved. Recently, we had trouble with our washer and he was over and above what we could have expected! Thank you Ivan for your hard work and friendly personality! We enjoy your visits and seeing you around the community in your "golf cart"!
