  • Like the other reviews have said, you will get absolutely zero customer support if the appliance you purchase from this company is defective. Be very aware of that. I was literally laughed at when a dryer I purchased from them was broken right out of the box and I asked for a replacement unit. They will tell you to deal with the manufacturer and that it is not their problem. I cannot think of another retail company that has such an incredibly poor level of customer service. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere, or be prepared for a nightmare if something goes wrong.
