  • I did not receive the service I was offered and purchased. They refused to take a few minutes and add tire shine, when I was told it was included with my wash. They spent 10 minutes arguing with me about the tires. The manager then told me, that his guy would have done the tire shine, but that I was being a "dick" customer, so he didn't want to honor that service. I had been using this location for wash, fuel, and vehicle maintenance for years. Even before they were Jacksons, this is the worst service I have ever received, horrible. To call me a dick, because I wanted something I was promised and paid good money for.
