Avoid this UPS Store location at all costs. It is sad to read other reviews dealing with this same issue but the fact that the ladies working in here start lecturing you the minute you ask for a drop-off receipt is ridiculous. These are franchised locations and if the franchise owner cares about the reputation of their store they should read these reviews and react.
Today, when I went in to drop off a pre-paid package and asked for a drop-off receipt both ladies started lecturing me that the drop-off receipt means nothing and some locations won't provide them anymore, and went on and on with a bunch of nonsense. I literally picked up my package off the scale and told them I'd take it to another location. Yes, it was a huge inconvenience for me but I refuse to enable poor customer service.
This location should take lessons from the UPS Store at W. Charleston and Hualapai. They are so friendly and treat customers the way they should be treated.
