I have been using Tempe Honda's service department for the better part of 5 years now. My service advisor, Ken Smith, has been constantly on his game (even to the point where he can remember what's going on in my personal/outside of car life-- which I always find impressive). If you are not a fan of your service advisor and are thinking of calling Tempe Honda quits, take a minute and the next time your service time rolls around ask to schedule with Ken. Ken's service is so great that when I totalled my honda 2 years ago, I bought another just so that I could continue to experience the same courteous, honest, and dependable service that I have gotten used to. :) Thanks Ken for always looking out for me and my car.
