  • I've stayed here several times and it's just getting worse. First let me say the positives. -Front desk girl seemed nice and helpful (but more on that later) checked me in very quickly -It's in a good location for chandler. Now the negatives. -The first night I was sharing a room with my parents. Around 3:30 in the morning, the guests next to us were having sex (I assume) and she was moaning and screaming so loudly that it sounded like she was in the same room. I'm talking, if it wasn't for the things she was saying I would have been concerned she was being murdered. It woke everyone up and was the most embarrassing situation in the world. I understand, the hotel is close to bars where couples probably end up getting a room to hook-up, but this was just out of control. After 10 horrible minutes, I banged on the wall and they stopped. Or at least were quiet. The walls are so thin for being a resort! -woke up in the morning on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken (remained broken for the rest of the wknd) - 2nd night I decided to get my own room mostly because I didn't want to be in the same awkward situation as the night before. I went to the front counter and asked for prices. She quoted me $120 and I accepted. Today I got my bank statement and I was charged over $180 for one night. I don't know how this will be resolved, I plan on calling the hotel in the morning. -my room was on the first floor which I thought was a good thing because of the elevators. Wrong. Around 5am people started checking out and banging their suitcases down the nearby stairs, again waking me up quickly because of the thin walls. - the cooler in my room was also really loud every time it kicked on to the point where I had to raise the tv volume -THE WORST PART: When I went to take a shower the following morning a HUGE roach ran up the shower curtain and In between the cloth outside curtain part and the plastic curtain part. I mean huge. At least 2-3 inches. I freaked and went to shower at my parents room. When I went back to my room I wanted to try to take a pic of it just for this review, but the thing was nowhere to be found. Yuck. I'm hoping it went down the drain and not out of the shower and snuggled in between the stacks of "clean" towels they keep under the sink. Or into the bedding! Overall I do not plan staying here ever again unless I'm too drunk to drive home from the nearby bars and desperate for a place and EVERYWHERE else in Chandler is booked. Even then, I guess I would rather take an uber to Tempe or something. I would NOT spend more than $75 (even that's pushing it, it is worth $50) for this room no matter what. My parents paid $110 for their double bed room and apparently I paid $180. Totally not worth it. Your money is better spent elsewhere. The lobby might appear nice, but it's like false advertising.
