  • I scheduled my appointment online. The day of my appointment, walked in and signed in. Few people after me came and signed in too. The lady at the front told them how much their cost would be and such and such...okay. Then they call my name, take me to the back and sit me in a room and ask me questions. Later they tell me that the visit alone is $60. All I was trying to get were some birth control pills. Then on top of that, 3 month supply was $45. I told them I was in a rough situation where I had to quit my job and had to move back home to Arizona. I had no insurance to help with the cost and all I had was $60 for the week. They told me i could pay the remaining in 2 weeks. I told the staff I was starting my new job next week and it takes about 2 weeks to even get paid. They were telling me how they dont get much funding and blah blah blah. Basically excuses. I ended up paying the $60 and told them I'm never coming back again. They said "have a nice day". I would be understanding if they would of told me up front that the visit alone would be $60. Just like the others who they told how much their total would be. But not a single staff member nor did their website state that it would cost me $60 for the visit alone and they basically acted like they didn't care that $60 was all I had for the week. I've never been treated like that before. They weren't even understanding and willing to help me . I will never come here again. If i could give 0 stars i would.
