  • Tim Lally was the worst customer service I've ever had they told me my vehicle needed something that did not need I took it to another dealership Ganley Chevrolet and the problem was fixed immediately it didn't cost me over $1,000 like Tim Lally was trying to charge me it only costed me 250 bucks I will never take another vehicle to Tim Lally Chevrolet to save my life horrible service they lie to you to get your money what a joke you know I've been a General Motors man my whole life and they almost made me go to Ford thank God I found a good dealership like Ganley Chevrolet to take care of me
