  • Receptionist, Carmella, told me to leave my car Sunday and they would put the snow tires on Monday. I did that and then got a call Monday AM that they couldn't do them until Wednesday and that I the customer with 1 car was the one to get the appointment wrong. Also asked her for a quote for 4 new tires for my son and was promised a call back Friday. That quote also never came. Pay more at the dealer and be treated like your business matters.
