  • Ran into the Fukuburger truck in the lot behind BBB off Fremont Friday night. I was buzzed and it was late, but I had passed by the truck many times before because I assume they had no vegetarian options (they don't really advertise that they do). Well, to my suprise, they do a patty they make out of eggs and cabbage, top it w/ the works plus both of their special sauces. It was DELICIOUS! Once I try it sober, I'll update my review if this doesn't hold true :).
