  • This location's staff is quite terrible. They seem as if they don't really want to help you. I asked for a sample a Lancôme foundation at the register and was told they would meet me at the area. I waited for 15 minutes and no one came to assist me. The others just looked around in space. I would have understood if they were busy, not enough employees to spread around, but that wasn't the case. I always feel the same every time I come in, unwelcome and underwhelmed.
