These types of build-your-own pizza places are popping up all over the place, and I love the concept. However, this one was just not as great as ones I have had before. They used a press to flatten out the dough, which made it a lot more dense than it would have been if they would have thrown the dough to stretch it out. I didn't like the consistency of the dough, which is the main reason of the three star review. The toppings seemed fresh enough, and the staff was nice considering I was here on Christmas Eve and it was less than busy (we were the only ones there at 11:30 AM).
We also got a salad, which was pretty decent although the dressing was very acidic.
