  • Do NOT take your car to be serviced here. I have received nothing but a run around from this dealership. I have been on hold for 15 minutes as I type this just trying to see if my vehicle has been looked at. My appointment was yesterday at 9AM!!! My vehicle has been there for TWO days for recalls and to check the transmission which is not shifting properly. This is a 2012 Cruze with approximately 10,000 miles on it. Marty, service mgr., does not follow up with the customer to inform as to whether they have even looked at the car. Horrible customer service. What's the point of making an appointment if I am going to be without a car for days on end?
