  • Location is perfect, and you would think equipment is in decent conditions. I go there to print posters on a regular basis, which is great if computers and printers are ready to go, BUT if they are not, you are stuck for at least 5min to print a poster? Print Quality is good, but equipment really needs some improvements, as well as their staff, they have no idea what's happening with equipment, sometimes they just tell you, "they havent fixed them nor updated system", there is no "let me help you or find help" or at least, "sorry we can't help at the moment". Staff should be more efficient and able to help customers, not just stand there, wait for a bit before they tell you to use another computer because that one is very slow... All in all I'm happy with printing quality but their on-site equipment and service needs big improvements.
