  • added 7/31. Jeff is a wonderful employee. super friendly and helpful. everyone else here rude. extremely unhelpful. Customer service is getting worse and worse. Most of the people here don't even care about helping you. They're all bitter about the job and the money. Music stores use to be fun. Now they're full of overpriced junk. It's too bad. The other locations are pretty cool. But this one is the worst. I'd take the drive to one of the other locations
