I wish businesses up their customer service if they go through the trouble of creating a Groupon promo. Afterall, the promotions are meant as advertising, correct?
I attempted to place an order at the cashier and told them I had a Groupon. One of the girls behind the counter who spoke very little, directed me to the order forms I needed to check off with her glare. Fine, I complied and went back to place my order. The gentleman at the cash register was pretty friendly, probably the most pleasant of them all.
Coffees were brought to our tables but they shout out your name to pick up your crepes. When you walk over they don't even look up. We ordered the chicken and mushroom whole wheat crepe with vegetable pesto. Tasted like pizza and the crepe like a very refined piece of dough. Also ordered the buckwheat chicken spinach crepe with onion sauce. It looked like there was hardly anything in there but the crepe turned out to be surprisingly tasty.
Overall, service was lacking, food was okay. Cups needs to be scrubbed- look at that smudge on my coffee cup. It was a great Groupon deal; we paid $13 for 2 crepes and 2 regular coffees. I will NOT pay full price for their food.
