I had a nice experience at Camden while I lived there. My neighbors were generally nice, some are quiet than others but most just left us alone. The rooms were considerably big. The location is convenient. Maintenance is at par with everyone else, quick response and professional. They did jack up the prices on me during my second year, it didn't make sense renting with them anymore - moving to a house did.
Here's the rub. They're nice to you before you move in and while you're there. Their even nice to you when you tell them you're moving out. You'd almost believe that they feel bad.
2 months or so later, you apparently have moving out "fees" that you've assessed. And instead of just calling you or reaching out to you via email like they usually do, they send you to collections. Such jerks.
I would recommend this place, but not after what they did. I felt like people who I treated as friends just decided to slap my face...
Don't move into Camden. You'll have your heart broken and your apartment broken in. Yes, Metro had their weekly appearance there. There were many incidents of apartments and cars being broken in. Didn't bother me, thought it can happen anywhere, but I wish they had more lights there and more secure perimeters.
