  • This past weekend was the second visit my boyfriend and I made to this seriously on point spa. My shutout today goes to Rick who diligently and professionally addressed a problem I had. Rick could have called me back to discuss later with me but the fact that he took care of my issue right then and there reflects to me that the Spa at Lakeside 2.0 genuinely cares about not only its clients but the amazing reputation they are making for themselves. That said Diane, thank you! You are an amazing and instinctive masseuse with a great personality and RIDICULOUS strength! Count on us returning again to the Spa @ Lakeside 2.0
