| - This is one of those times when I'm ashamed to say we didn't do our Yelp homework beforehand. We got a referral from a friend for this company when our air conditioning went out (the first week of triple degree temperatures.... of course).
Awful, awful experience. Caleb was friendly enough but totally high pressure. We need a new AC unit, if we don't schedule it right now, who knows when they could get to us, blah, blah, blah. And we really should replace our other unit too to the tune of about 9K. When my husband expressed concern about checking our finances, he literally said "What were you expecting to spend? I'm not a price guy but I can see if I can bring it down."
I've had more comfortable experiences buying a car.
That was the moment that I realized that if we needed to replace both air conditioners, the air conditioner in my car or even winter in general, I would not be going with this company.
We sent him away, did our Yelp research and found a company that came out this morning, identified a small leak and recommended to wait before replacing the unit and it's going to cost a couple hundred bucks.
