  • They should change their name to Dog Protection League. I called concerning a feral cat that was badly injured and the APL stated "we don't pick up cats, you can bring it to us for a fee of $10". Seriously... you want me to do YOUR job for you and then pay you to do it? I would never donate, volunteer or suggest people use this organization.
