  • Not very helpful, staff doesn't call you back when they say they will, try to cancel your former Gold's membership and they have NO IDEA what's going on. Handed me card to call an 888 number; after listening to 7 MINUTES of advertising it finally said it was the wrong number and directed me to call a new number. Called the new number and never could speak to a customer service representative. Not sure what else to do at this point.....extremely disappointed.
