  • I went to this office for 4 years and every year questioned why I kept going back, but it seemed like more of an inconvenience to find a new doctor, but this year was the last straw. First of all, the reception staff is extremely nice and helpful, but the doctor is so rude and lacks people skills. Every year I refuse to order contacts through them because they're at a high markup (typically 80-100%) from what you pay online. They claim to offer price matching but then don't when they see how low the prices are. They always try to pick a fight about it instead of acknowledging that the prices are lower and it's now a competitive market place since contracts can be sold online. This past visit, during my annual exam, the doctor didn't do anything differently and charged my medical insurance because she prescribed me eye drops that I didn't even know I was getting prescribed until she asked where I wanted my prescription sent. I then got my EOB from my health insurance and called the office immediately and they said that I would not be getting a bill. Magically, a billed showed up yesterday and they basically told me that it was unfortunate that the doctor never told me she was doing a medical exam and that my medical insurance would be charged, but that I would still have to pay. I will never be going back to this office and can't wait to go to new eye doctor next year.
