  • I kept calling to get a quote and the person answering the phone kept telling me the landscapers would call me, after doing that for several months and them not following up in went to a home show and talked to a guy at their booth, he reassured me someone would call me, took my name and number and said he would personally get someone to call me back. Well he didn't. But I tried once again, when I told the lady who answered the phone about my concerns with nobody following up she made an appointment for them to come to my house with a three hour time frame, they did not show up or call me. Very poor customer service. Also they advertise free estimates but I was told on the phone it would be $99 for an estimate.
