| - If you come here, make sure you don't have any plans for the day. I've been here twice, now. The BF surprised me with 2 female kittens a while back and when they were about 10 weeks old, one of them started sneezing and having eye discharge, so I took her in. The ONLY reason I came back to this place this time was because of the doctor. First time there, my appointment was at 9am. Got there a bit early, as I knew there would be paperwork to fill out (and I had to work at noon). I finished the paperwork in about 5 minutes, and waited.. and waited.. and waited... for an HOUR after my scheduled appointment. Finally, we get called back and the nurse comes in. From there things moved pretty swiftly. Dr. K was amazing, though. She was wonderful with my fur baby, and answered all my questions and concerns, seeming very genuine and sincere. She ended up having an upper-respiratory infection, so we couldn't get vaccines right then; which required a return visit. As I said, the doc was the only reason I chose this place again for their vaccinations. However, the desk staff were very nice too, but it took something major to get me to come back to a place that makes you wait a ridiculous amount of time for your "appointment", and is quite a bit more expensive than most other places.
This visit: Pretty much the same. Brought both kittens in for vaccines. Front desk staff pleasant, but didn't have scheduled that both kittens were getting vaccinated. No big deal, as they fit it in anyway. Only waited about 40 minutes after my scheduled time to get called back this time. Was very happy that I had Dr. K again, and she could meet my 2nd fur baby. She was wonderful as always, and everything was pretty quick from there on out. However I will say that if Dr. K ever leaves, I would not return here.
