I'm often a big fan of Enterprise, but my experience here has been a bit schizophrenic.
First, I was very surprised and impressed when my comparison shopping found Enterprise to have the lowest rate on a rental when coming to Las Vegas. I also appreciated the fact that someone saw me standing in the Plus members line and came over to help me. (I'd be even more appreciative of being able to walk directly to the car pickup area like Hertz and Dollar allow their club members to.) Walking up to the car pickup area and then waiting again was slightly frustrating especially as that area seemed to be where people having issues returning cars also arrived at.
Last night, my rental came on with a warning light advising me of a low tire. I called the location and got an incredibly nice lady (whose name escapes me, unfortunately) who told me just to bring the car back and swap out. When I arrived, a gentleman named Danni came over to assist me. He was slow and seemed accusatory, asking me why I didn't just go put air in the tires. The lady who brought a replacement car over was much more pleasant and seemed to take pride and ownership of the situation.
Enterprise certainly captured my business this time for the low price, but my experience wasn't the consistently stellar experience that I've had with other locations.
