  • I had two bikes tuned here in the last two weeks. My experiences are mixed, it seems like if you bring in a more expensive bike they do a very nice tune, everything cleaned, lubed, adjusted and wiped down as expected. If the bike you bring in is lower value, sure, they adjust the gears, make sure the brakes work etc but they left the chain dirty, the front brake worked fine but was set at it's maximum adjustment point on the adjustment barrel, nothing was wiped down or cleaned. It was a much different experiance. The tune cost the same between the two bikes, the service provided shouldn't be dictated by how taken the tech was with the particular bike.
