  • Just terrible. Not one person acknowledged us the whole time we were there. We walked in to a group of their LP dudes cracking jokes. Best Buy is not what it used to be. They only have TWO rows of movies (including DVDs and BluRays). All of the movies they have are new. Atrocious selection. We left with a bad taste in our mouths. Headed over to Fry's Electronics and found both of the movies we were looking for. It's worth the drive for quality service and products. I gave them a pity star for the cleanliness of the store. I'll probably never return to Best Buy again, unless I'm desperate.
