  • I hate to do this because I work the in the industry but the way this hotel is managed is absolutely appalling. We checked in this morning to the "upgraded room" that was $200 on a Monday night. I have no problem paying for quality but it is the opposite of what we got. When we walked into our first room it was overwhelming stinky with weed smell. Which is not problem if it's a little but it was like walking into a cloud. Then we requested rooms customer service was absolutely ridiculous and rude and I had to beg to be switched. When we finally get switched this room smells too! Invest in some febreeze Caesar! And multiple of the electronics didn't work. Then they sent someone to fix it who made us leave our room for two hours! I'm not a picky person but seriously! Then no upgrades or anything of any kind. I am very disappointed and it is unfortunate because I am in Vegas very often. I will not be returning.
