  • Horrible place! Every month they would charge me more for my car and life insurance at first the agent Jody would say it's ok. I'll fix the problem but she wouldn't and when I tried to call her back she wouldn't unswer my call they woul say she was busy and she couldn't talk And she also would not call me back she would put in my policy items without my approval and that's why my bills were more. I went through that for months and no one else would help me they overdrew my bank account several times because they would pull more money the they should have my experience and my family's there was very bad the manager is not any better I went to her few times but she would not fix anything. Their custumer service is very bad they seem friendly but when it comes to getting to bussnisess they are horrible bad castumer service they are not proffecional at all. I cancelled state farm and went some where else and I'm very happy with everything there.
